We make every effort to ship your order together, but there may be times when we have to divide your order into multiple shipments due to the availability of items ordered.

When placing an order, the final total you see during checkout is in GBP. Once your bank requests the funds, they will account for the current exchange rate. Your bank may or may not charge additional fees for international transactions.
If you have a coupon and/or discount code to use, this can be entered at checkout.
UK Deliveries
We aim to process your order within the same working day (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm, excluding bank holidays). In-stock orders will usually be shipped on next-day delivery providing the order has been received by 12:00pm.
Ireland Deliveries
We aim to process your order within the same working day (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm, excluding bank holidays). In-stock orders will usually be arrive within 7 working days.
Out of stock items
Should your order contain any out of stock items with Stratasys, shipping may be delayed until the item(s) become available again. In the circumstance your order contains both available and unavailable items, we will ship those available within our normal timeframe. Our team will endeavour to keep your informed about the status of your order.
Unfortunately we do not have an automated tracking system available. However, our team can provide tracking information should you require it. Contact consumables@sys-uk.com for further information.

Our products are distributed primarily through the Stratasys UK distribution centre. Therefore, it is not possible to collect your order directly from SYS UK.
The Stratasys UK distribution centre have chosen Parcelforce as their preferred courier for all UK based deliveries. On the rare occasion we need to ship from SYS UK, we use DHL Parcel & DHL Express. For larger palletised orders we use third party haulage companies.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you on returns of any purchases from other Stratasys resellers. Please contact the reseller for more information on their return policy.
Unfortunately, we are only able to issue a refund to the original payment method for the order.
