PolyJet™ 531S Reinforcer (last name: RGD531, Digital ABS Plus) is designed to simulate standard ABS plastics, combining high-temperature resistance with excellent toughness. Ideal for parts requiring PolyJet™ technology’s highest impact resistance and shock absorption, PolyJet™ 531S Reinforcer significantly enhances mechanical performance for design verification and functional testing. It delivers improved impact strength along with high thermal resistance, durability, and a superior surface finish. The material is well-suited for rapid prototyping of snap-fit parts used in high or low temperatures, functional designs requiring multi-material flexibility, as well as molds, manufacturing tools, electrical components, and more.
The new formulation of PolyJet™ 531S Reinforcer is a TPO-free version. The updated cartridges carry the same RFID as the previous RGD531 material, and when inserted into the cabinet, the printer will identify them as RGD531—just like before. No software updates are required. All printed parts maintain the same performance and properties as those printed with the previous RGD531 material.
